Its favourable, central location was a plus.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible plus the bed of mine was quite small.

The hotel rooms are reasonably large and brand-new with 4 beds. There is a great selection of facilities in the room such as : central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV.

The room was reasonably spacious and brand-new, had a safe box, cable channels, and a mini fridge bar. We were in a good location at a medium distance from a cobblestone street. Furthermore, by the taksim area.

I took an a twin room with mini bar, a balcony, heating. Extra facilities such as an electric kettle and a fridge were really useful. Excellent service was provided here.

The hotel is clean and the room is brand-new. The venue offers good choice of food that was GREAT. The location is best possible, near metro. And it's nestled in a lovely building adjacent to the downtown and shops and amenities such as the train station.

Perfect great budget hotel with pleasant staff especially the manager. Big beds and a safe box, cable channels and a mini fridge bar. Great view of courtyard. Fast check-in, parking nearby. Not to mention very good wifi! Central location, at a moderate distance from Istanbul Congress Center.

Favourable, incredible location in Istanbul, adjacent to taksim square and the park, friendly and helpful staff and many great restaurants. Delicious food in the restaurants such as Celebi Kebap Grill, located 5 min away.

Comfy and best possible location, we were near the centre of aksim, where is the tourist zone and Taksim the downtown of istanbul near to metro and istiklal street😀

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! the hotel's location was perfect for me. It was situated in a quiet area but still close to Taksim Square, where I could easily get around the city. Secondly, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay. I especially appreciated the excellent room service and 24-hour reception, as it allowed me to enjoy my trip with complete peace of mind. Lastly, the hotel's facilities were great. The spa, in particular, was a relaxing haven after a busy day exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place.

Rooms renewed, very clean and with everything one may need (I was on a business trip). The room was quite small, but I didn't mind. Excellent breakfast buffet, I also found a plate of fresh fruit in my room upon my arrival. Nice location near to the very busy Taksim Square, but in a quiet sidestreet.

Nice and helpful staff, good location. Possibility to book a transfer from/to airport was very useful. Free internet access.

The reception staff were very helpful and kind, assisting with room changes. Location is nice and quiet, with easy access to the Havabus shuttle stop. Pleasant surprise of fruits and welcome letter upon arrival. Post card was posted and reached destination on time. Breakfast had a good variety.

There was a person at the front desk who's name I unfortunately don't remember, he was amazingly helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The staff were overall very nice and helpful. The hotel is causy and not too big which meant less noise, the location was amazing really close to Istiqlal street and the metro station and the bus station. The room was cleaned every day even if we didn't ask for it. Also the fact that they checked us in at 7 in the morning was quite nice.

There was something wrong with the bathroom, on day 3 it started sort of flooding so that every morning we woke up to the bathroom floor covered with water and I couldn't find out whether it was the shower or the toilet which gave me the creeps, on the good side they did send some one to fix it but they never managed to solve the problem.
